3 Function 中文含义

函数，最早由中国清朝数学家李善兰翻译，出于其著作《代数学》。之所以这么翻译，他给出的原因是“凡此变数中函彼变数者，则此为彼之函数”，也即函数指一个量随着另一个量的变化而变化，或者说一个量中包含另一个量。

4 心得体会

函数，英文为function，function的意思很简单，其实就是功能、作用的意思。

数学里的函数以字母 f 开头，f就是function的首字母，比如f(x,y)=x+y。

很多计算机编程语言定义函数时以关键字function开头，比如 function add(x,y){result=x+y; return result;}
